doesnt seem like at bad deal but ask question about the cage and make sure there are no big holes or screen missing thinks like that. also whats going in those cages as well?

some cages looks dirty while 1 of them looks rusty..hmmmm

That rusty one I think is one of the ESU "Fresh Air Habitat" cages made in China... They're really cheap, but they use steel screen instead of aluminum... Steel rusts, and man, that looks bad LOL...
