Need help fast plz

I am not sure what this is or what to do I get home to find this. He is still moving good and was eating before i seen this

Your pics are pretty small to try to zoom in on. This is either a prolapse or a hemipenial plug. BOTH would need immediate treatment from a vet that knows how to care for reptiles. You want to get plain KY jelly without any additives in it and coat all of the protruding tissue to keep it moist and get him to the vet asap. This chameleon is very thin as well so there is additional stuff going on with him.
 
Additionally I want to add. I just went through every one of the threads you have posted to figure out why this baby is so thin. Members have made repeated attempts to give you help with husbandry. You seem to post once then never add anything additional. Something is very off in your husbandry for him to be so thin and for this type of situation to occur in such a young veiled. I highly recommend after you get him to the vet you come do a full husbandry review so you do not end up with additional health issues.
