Need help on a good vitamin schedule for a Jackson Chameleon?

i have been reading somethings online and i think that my schedule is wrong.
so if you guys could help out on my question that would be great, also what supplements do you guys recommend

Every feeding with calcium WITHOUT D3 then every other weekend calcium with d3 and the other weekends you do a multivitamin.

While this schedule is appropriate for a panther or veild, it is not for a jacksons. Jacksons are more sensitive to supplementation and require less. How often you supplement will depend on many factors including how wide a variety of feeders you offer and how well you gut load. Also we dust certain feeders like crickets and roaches with calcium to correct the phosphorus to calcium ratio; therefore you would always dust those insects (and be sure your calcium does not contain phosphorus). Over supplementing a jackson can be deadly. I give calcium about 2-3 times a week and calcium with D3 1-2 times a month and a multivitamin about once a month. But this schedule can vary depending on my feeder variety and gut loading. On the days I do not want to give calcium I feed insects that do not require dusting, such as silk worms, horn worms or blue bottle flies. Supplementation is a tricky and controversial topic. There really isn't one answer that fits everyone and every situation.

Pigglett has said it very well.
This supplement schedule is what you would use for other montane chams, as well as for Jackson's.
In the absence of scientific research, the schedules given on the forum are a good guide.
