Need help transferring crickets!

The crickets I ordered in the mail came today, and now I just need to put them into my cricket keepers (I have two). The crickets are loose in a box with some cardboard, and I have no idea how to get them into the keepers without them getting everywhere! Please help, any suggestions are welcome!

If you chill the crickets in the fridge for a few minutes (WATCH them...just until most stop moving much) it will slow them down so you could pour half of them into each of your keepers.

Put the box inside whatever container you want them in and open it inside their permanent container. If the box is too big, cut a hole and shake shake shake

I would open the box in a big clear plastic bag

I like what KRuehle said cut a hole in the box and that can get most all of them out.
