Need help with dusting

hey guys I currently have a baby 3 month old panther chameleon and I bought powder for dusting his food. Can someone please tell me how often of each I should use I will upload a picture below of what I have thank you I appreciate all your help in advance

As a general rule, light dusting with Calcium with no phosphorus and no D3 at every feeding, Calcium with D3 once every 2 weeks, and multivitamin once every 2 weeks.
