Need help

My Veiled Chameleon is lying catatonic on the bottom of it's cage.

Yesterday my chameleon was stalking cricket and my hand was in the cage to help stir the crickets out of the corner of the cage. She then used my hand as a ballast as she went to grab one. The moment she launched her tongue she slipped, instantly put on her black stripes, and fell to the bottom of the cage. She's still breathing and moves some but is still pretty much in the fetal position.
I mean I named her Derp for obvious reasons but this derp herped and now she's in a lot of pain.
All joking aside I am really desperate and need some help.

*note: She was already catatonic and in the fetal position before she hit the bottom of the cage. The instant movement freeze happened on the way down.

I'd get her to a vet as soon as. Not sure what she could of done so I can't help there. Hope she picks up soon. Kath.

She could have eaten a piece of that mulch. I would remove that immediately, especially if you are letting the crickets run loose. She goes to shoot at one and ends up swallowing a piece of mulch. If she does not get back to normal very soon, I would get her to a vet and have an xray done, for obstruction and also to check if she has eggs. Do you have a bin in there for her to lay? Also, it would help to fill out the "ask for help form" in the health clinic. We have no idea what your set up is like and there could be something else(aside from the mulch) that could be causing the potential problem.
