Need live plant advice!

Im having trouble thinking of a way to incorporate my pothos into my enclosures. What size or age should a veiled cham move to a full size all screen cage? How can I have the plant in there n still have it drain? Sand/soil mix? River rock over the top soil. Should I mix live plants and fake ? Tips and tricks please !?!?!?!?

I put a med-large potho on the bottom with plans of having it climb up the side, I also am going to place a small hanging one from the top. I washed the roots free from any fertilizer, repotted and placed river rock on top of the new fresh fert free soil.
