New Branch Idea?

I'm currently building my first cage and while out rummaging for sticks I was thinking how am I going to put these in my cage securely. I was thinking neodymium magnets could honestly be something to check out. I end up buying 30 off ebay for relatively cheap. You can order them in high quantities but I found out that the lower the count usually the higher the magnetic strength. I bought ones with 6.1 lbs of strength for only being a 1/2 inch wide I don't think that's bad. The main benefit though of this is that you never have to ruin the cage by sticking anything through the screen (twist ties, sticks, screws, etc..), and you can move them around with relative ease. I'm currently hot gluing them to my sticks now and after a demo run with them all put in I'll post a picture of the end result.

I actually am using toothpicks to hold up my branches. They work fairly well. I have several branches that have holes in the center of the branch and thumbtacks were not big enough but the toothpicks fit easily through the screen and I just clip the pointy end off after I have the branch situated.

I use them to hold branches, my feeder cup, and the dowels crossing the cage. I use hot glue and for the magnets that go on the outside of the screen I use bottle caps glued upside down. That way you have something to grab onto if you need to move it.
