It looks like you might have 3-4 spotlights on top in addition to your long tube UVB light. Regularly one will do, and Quadss like it cooler, so check your temperatures across the top levels. I would guess unless they are all low wattage, the top of the cage might be too hot.
Quads are one of the most contrasting color species, with a dinosaur appearance, one of my favorites. With quads go lighter on supplementation, if you follow Panther and Veilds supplementing schedule, you will typically see edema, fluid pooling under the neck.
