New cage

Fooled with things on top and I’ve got the LED up there. His temps are fine. He’s got what he needs, I’m worried about loosing the plants. I’ve been buying 2 a year because they’ve been dying. What does everyone think. My husband and I adopted this guy when my son moved 2k miles away.

Looks much better, I would still invest in a solar meter if you ever get extra income as I said if you plan on having him more than a year or two they easily pay for themselves and give you much better peace of mind that your cham is happy and healthy. But let me give you a couple links where you can find chameleon safe plants. Pothos and money trees I really think create good cover and super easy to take care of but there is a ton of good options. Like I say give the episode about plants and chameleon cages on chameleon breeder podcast a listen I think it’s 45 minutes has a wealth of info on plants and how to mount them.

I’ve got it on the side because it’s not reaching the bottom of the plants. Rios too thick. Was thinking the roots needed the light. Plus I’m running out of room up there and things are getting heavy.
Someone is selling a 6.5 solar meter for 125 or somethin on forums just posted that’s a steal if you can afford it.
