Yup! I clean my chameleons cage every 2 weeks and because I clean everything thoroughly my chameleons cage basically gets remodeled each time. Everytime I do that he's basically black for like 4 hours. So them getting dark after a remodel is normalSo I redid my chamleons enclsure is it ok for her to be a bit dark for the first days is that normal
Yeah I just started handleing her and she loves me and I just wonder how often should I take her ouySo your not getting rid of her now?
You were planning to get rid of your cham just because it didn’t want to come on your hand? Don’t mean to be rude but that’s not the point of having a chameleon..Yeah I just started handleing her and she loves me and I just wonder how often should I take her ouy
I am guessing by the swing in decision making you are young. You need to understand that if you can not provide the right husbandry for her that she will have major health issues. Your focus should not be holding her. They rarely like to be messed with. Your focus should be at making sure everything is correct for her so that when it comes time for her to lay eggs she can do so without complications.Yeah I just started handleing her and she loves me and I just wonder how often should I take her ouy
@Vert340 -- I would avoid doing this so frequently. It's not really necessary to do a deep clean like that so often, and as you've seen from your cham's behavior it is very stressful for them. Most of us just spot clean as needed.Yup! I clean my chameleons cage every 2 weeks and because I clean everything thoroughly my chameleons cage basically gets remodeled each time.
