Working on a bioactive new setup for my oldest Ambilobe. It’s a Dragon Strand Large Atrium. We’ll be putting a large planter bed at the bottom, it will be loaded with some Scheffelera, ficus, jasmine, Pothos, fern and a pitcher plant. Lighting is going to be a quad T5HO, 6% Arcadia and and some plant bulbs as well as the 34” jungle dawn LED, and basking dome.
Over kill, too much light... what do you think?
It will also be running it’s own mist king, with two dual nozzles. The back right
corner has a cork tube that is slotted and open ended, which will be the output for the humidifier.
CuC will be a healthy supply of springtails and a mixed colony of ISO’s. Looking into other additional CuC options...
Anybody recommend any changes?

Looks awesome, and no the lighting isn't overkill. You're going to need it if you plan on planting the bottom, and to get to the lower portion of the schefflera/ ficus. Especially when the plants start filling in.
I am running into that issue now, and need to do some pruning in mine.
My set up is large ds atrium, quad t5, and 2 jungle dawn 34w LEDs.

This looks awesome. I'm wishing I would have designed my planter to be the base instead of going inside the cage, so much loss of space but oh well... I'll just have to get another and do it differently ;)
Do you think between the quad T5 and the 51 watt LED, It'll be sufficient to plant "heavily"?

I hear you. I started thinking about way to improve on the next build right after I finished this one. I think your lighting will work great. Just got to watch as things fill in, and prune branches/vines back so it's still getting to the bottom.
