New Enclosure Background

Just preparing for my new chameleon. Took forever to find a good background that would be waterproof and also nice. That would fit properly... think it looks pretty cool with all plants inside as well.

Cant wait to add all the vines and branches. Still working on potting some of my plants and figuring out how i want to go about that.

I LOVE the background. What is it and where did you get it? If you want a good way to mount plants and sticks, get dragon ledges from Dragon Strand cage company. The site has a great video on techniques to mount all the plants and branches to them. Check it out. You won' be sorry. I have them in all my cages.

Unfortunately, It will be unlikely to find these anywhere. My step father owns a small printing company. I asked him to print this out for me. With specific dimensions. So it takes those HUGE industrial printers and it has a thick paper backing with a glossy front on it. ( i can peel off the side with the picture and the back would be sticky, So obviously that wouldn't work though since i needed the front of it to show, so i just left the sticky backing on and taped it on myself. )

It is possible that i could price one out for you with your dimensions. And have it shipped to you. Mine was 36 high and 18 wide. So to cover 2 sides. did 36 x 36 and it wrapped around perfectly.

Oh yeah, i have heard about those. I was looing into them and considering it. I know it will take a while but cant wait for the pothos plant to vine on down...

I have a couple display cages that people can see and I really want to make them look good. I'l be making those enclosures bioactive sooner or later as well.

So it's totally waterproof? If so, I'd be pretty interested.

I know the side with the photo is. But i will double check and ask what it can withstand in total. The photo i chose unfortunately did get a little distorted which is what happens when you blow up an online photo to a certain size but ill also find out how to avoid that.. and inquire how to go about getting one. I know he also makes cling on pictures... you know the ones that get stuck to windows n glass

That' pretty cool. As long as it can withstand a misting system it will work. It looks great on your enclosure.
