Hi everyone, I bought my first female veiled chameleon today..yay! I have had a male for a while and when i decided i was getting a female I started reading about them, because i know that they have a few different needs..I brought her home and tried to stress her out as little as possible. She is 2 years old and the lady I bought her from said that she hasn't laid any eggs for the 7months that shes had her..so I periodically go check on her to see how she is doing and she is kind of dark and near the bottom of her cage..does this mean she is looking for a place to lay eggs?! if so what can i use to make a egg laying bin?If now what does this mean? She apears very healthy and:confused: I just want to do whats best for her. Thanks guys!

what is the basking temp at?

staying ath the bottom is eithe rillness or eggs.

for egg bins- a bucket at least 12 inches deep filled with damp playsand or dirt so she can dig tunnels that wont collapse on her.
