Hi everyone! I have been reptile-less since college and am really missing them. I have always wanted a Chameleon, but never had the room for one. Now I finally do so wanted to join on here to learn a ton more about them before taking the plunge ;)

I am not sure what type I want yet, but I do know I would like to set up a naturalistic cage with live plants. I am a gardening junkie, and even have planted fish tanks. Anyways, just wanted to say hi! :)

Welcome :D
it really wont matter what kind you start with - you will end up with many anyway :p just kidding, but HMMMM  that just seems to happen ;)

there are many wonderful breeders on here, so as soon as you decide what kind you like, I am sure everyone can help you find your little one from a cf breeder, or one of the sponsors :)

again, WELCOME :D

Welcome to the forums! Check out the Care Sheets to help you decide which cham feels right to you, and we are always here to answer questions!

Thanks so much for the warm welcome everyone!! What a friendly forum! It will probably be a while before I actually get one, because I am OCD so want to save up get all the plants I want, and run the cage for a while with the live plants to make sure everything stays stable. I will deff keep everyone posted on my progress though! :)

Thanks! I am going to have to do some research on them! They look very pretty! I will have to try Otts...that is one I have never been to. I used to have tons of orchids, but when we moved the box got lost. It sickens me to think of how much $$$ in plants was lost. Poor pretty plants :(

If it's orchids you are into parkside orchid nursery can't be beat. Ott's doesnt do much with orchids. Parkside is near lake nockamixon southeast of quakertown.
