A few things that I noticed..
1. the cage could use a good cleaning, not sure if those are urates all over the wood or supplement spills, maybe both..?
2. looks like your cham is eating the pothos, just be careful he isn't eating too much as they are toxic.
3. you should place some rocks (big enough that the cham won't be able to ingest) on top of the soil in your pothos.
4. I would personally add more horizontal branches.
