Congrats on your new friend. Brad has put together a really good site so I suggest reading it in full. Also, unless I read incorrectly I believe you mentioned having substrate in the cage. I would suggest taking it out to avoid impaction, also it will get all soggy and you don't want bacteria growth from all of those misting sessions. As far as the poo, there are plenty of pics on this site so just try doing a quick search and you should be able to come up with quite a bit.
As far as misting we use a spray pump, usually sold at home depot or lowes for outdoor gardening use. They are about 5-6 bucks and spray a really fine mist. We fill the container with very hot water so by the time it comes out of the sprayer nozzle it is nice and warm. Our chameleons appreciate a warm misting much more than a cold one.
