newbie question about pill bugs, and bugs in general

Right now, I have 2, 4 month old veileds, and I saw some people on youtube breeding pill bugs, looks easy so I want to try. But my question is when they say not to feed more than once a week (for example) does that mean one singular bug, or one feeding of that bug?

Yes, easy to breed
When I am using lots of soft feeders, like silkworms, I offer pillbugs as much as once a week, and two or three at a time (small ones for young chams, "large" ones for adults). When I am using fewer soft feeders and more superworms and roaches etc, I use fewer pillbugs - perhaps once a month.
