whats the black spot on his tail?

would buy him in a sec but that spot on his tail makes me feel not so much in to him. so whats the deal with that spot

Thanks for the complements guys, the black spot is just a mark I put on him to separate him from the others he was raised with. He was bigger than some of the other siblings so I had to put him with a different clutch that was older. The mark will be completely gone after he sheds, and at his age it would be in about 2 weeks.
