Not Eating

I just bought my first chameleon yesterday, i purchased him small crickets and waxworms, I have yet to see him eat, do they eat at night or during the day. How can I tell if he is eating enough?

Some chameleons will eat right away after going to a new home. Others take a few days to begin eating.
Chameleons eat during the day. So if you place some crickets in the cage after the lights go on, they will usually eat.

Hi! It's normal for a chameleon not to eat for the first few days as they may need some time to settle in. Cup feeding is a good system for checking of and how much he's eating.

Its normal. It may take a while ffor him to get settled in. In addition to previous posts about the crickets, make sure you remove any he has not eaten before lights out because they may attack him while sleeping. If you could fill out the "howw to ask for help form"(could some one copy the link? Currently on my phone its a pain in the ask to do it) we can take a look at your husbandry to see if there may be another issue and check your set up.
