Nov. 1 SEWERFest in Wisconsin

I wanted to remind those of you in the greater Milwaukee/Chicago areas to stop over at SEWERFest (Southeast Wisconsin Exotic Reptile Fest) in Sturtevant, Wisconsin (near Racine between Chicago and Milwaukee) on Sunday, November 1. It is a fabulous captive-bred only show/sale with much to offer. I will be there with 5 different cham species (+ geckos + a couple snakes) and cham caging and supplies and there will be several other great vendors there with everything else you can think of including caging, supplies and feeders. AND, as only Wisconsin can provide, a full bar and brats (free to vendors - he he he)!!

Yes, I know, not the greatest name but a good show nonetheless. It was and is always a great show, and thanks to everyone who showed up. Of course, I had to come home with a couple more adult female gargys.

Aw man... I'm from Milwaukee and am just getting into this (I want to get my First Cham soon). If I would have known about this I would have gone!

FYI - SEWERFest is twice a year, August and November. If you care to make the drive, however, come on down to the All Animal Expo in Wheaton, Illinois (a western suburb of Chicago) this Saturday, November 7th. It is a great show approximately every 2-3 weeks with all kinds of stuff (although it's about 75% reptiles). www.allanimalexpo.com I am usually there and this Saturday I will have 4 (possibly 5) species of chams for sale and lots of cham supplies. Milwaukee really isn't that far.... The only other show that I know of in your area is one in Madison, WI but I think it's a smaller show and I'm not sure how often it is.

I might just do that. It's short notice, but I do have a renter leaving a property not to far from there. I was in the suburban Chicago area for many years before moving up here. Thanks!
