I like using this site for gutload nutritional values. It has some nutritional value for un-gutloaded insects. I think I just made a new word. Here it is.

it's been awhile since I've dealt with beardies and other reptiles, so most of what I remember is brief at best.
if anything, this thread reminded me that a large variaty of well gutloaded feeders is needed for healthy chams.
