So today Bug/50 (veiled chameleon male, I've had him for about 3-4 months now, my guess is he is probably 6 months give or take) did something very out of the ordinary.
Per my usual routine I get back from work (about 2pm) and go to check on him, make sure he ate all his crix, then offer to let him have some out of enclosure time.
Normally he is a little hesitant but he comes out or "says" no and wanders towards the back of enclosure.
Today, he shot onto my hand, moved about halfway up my hand, and proceeded to rock back and forth (more side to side really) grinding his vent on me.
I suspect he was basically dry humping me, and, ok that's disturbing, but want to make sure there's not something wrong with him which might be indicated by this sudden really unusual behavior.
