Off topic but!!! Anyone good with leopard geckos?

The gecko forum is playing up so couldn't post!

My friend has a leopard gecko and it's developed a lesion on its tail, a bit wart like, see pics.

Eating drinking and pooping fine, otherwise well.

That looks like a feeder bite. Does he leave crickets in the tank with it? I would try cleaning with a diluted iodine solution and apply some neosporin.

Not a Leo expert but I agree, are feeders left in the cage over night?
