congrats on your new cham. little tiny thing :)

there are some senior members who are very good at figuring out sex.

whatever it turns out to be, im sure it'll be happy with you guys..

congrats again :)

oh yea, im gonna head to rainbow mealworms on Saturday to pick some food up for my guys. I'll tell them you sent me :D

Ya thanks ir0k he is a tiny little guy with a bunch of energy lol. Well no matter on the sex were keeping him/her, just want to find out what the sex is.

Ya lol they have some good prices and let me know if they still have those Jacksons' I hope someone adopted them.

I'm not an expert but your little baby looks more like a female to me. If you look at the part of the body where the tail meets the rest of the body you will notice that there is no bulge, which indicates that this would be a female. Additionally, in males the base of the tale is thicker and narrows out. However, based on what I see in your pictures the tales seems to lack this narrowing trait. Lastly, it is too young to tell but your cham appears very orange which is very characteristic of a female chameleon. I would love to hear some insight from a senior member. Regardless of the sex you will end up falling in love. If this does become a problem for you however I recommend contacting your breeder.

I am by no means an expert but I would have said the same. The tail base is too thin to be a male!

Still a really cute chameleon :D

I can't believe they sold you one so young! Wow! What do you plan on feeding the little guy or girl?

That looks like a female to me. There is the little indent on the tail base that the females have. Where did you get it from? A reputable breeder or elsewhere? Most breeders know how to sex their chameleons pretty much out of the egg. My vote is female. If you want to know for sure, and get some other opinions, start a thread "help to determine sex of my panther" or something to that effect and you should get more responses.

Thank you all ya I kinda figured it was a female. I told him I wanted a male and he said if it turns out to be a female I could take it back. Lol ya right im keeping her cause me and my wife love her. I got her from a person who was seeing babies and needed to sell them, so I contacted him and bought one. Ya she is young but I cant wait to see her grow up from start to finish, right now I have her eating pinhead crickets and fruit flies. Also dusting them with feeding , she is eating pretty good and everytime she sees me she puts her hands out to get picked up. So far she is going really good in my opinion.

Thank you all I just wanted to make sure what the sex was, and now I know its a she. Lol before we found out what the sex was I was naming her No-Name, my wife thought it was funny but she wants a different name; but I think I just might keep it.
