Seen these for sale. Is it ok for my cham to eat these? "Tropical White Woodlice (Trichorhina tomentosa)"

Also, i'm thinking chams shouldnt be fed stick insects because they make be prickly, and low nutrional value???

So far he has tried brown crickets, black crickets, grasshoppers, butterfly, wax worms, and phoenix worms (calcigrubs), i dont really want cockroachs in the house, and dont bother with mealworms, so wondering if there anything else he can try?

Thanks in advance x :) :) :)

Never heard of the Tropical Woodlice.......It sounds like they would be pretty small. How about silkworms or hornworms? Lots of calcium and chams love them :)

How old is your cham? The woodlice are quite small which would be fine for babies or pygmy chams but I wouldn't bother otherwise. As for sticks, not all have spines, but some do release defensive chemicals so investigate the species.
