Are these good gutload? I just found a bag of frozen okra and mixed veggies in the back of the freezer. It's freezer burned but not rotten. I was going to thaw it out and use it for gut load but the items I listed were in question. I havent heard too much about them, espescially okra. On a similar note, When I did a search that turned up nothing significant concerning okra, I did find a post that said beet greens should be used sparingly. I use beet greens, nothing significant, but I do use them from time to time. Should I discontinue to use this item?

Orka is safe. And occassional use of beet greens should pose no issue. 3:1 Ca:p but fairly high oxalates, which binds with calcium. I've read Corn is high in phosphorus and not overly nutritious. I think lima beans have B vitamins - but I'm not sure.

I looked up Lima Beans

Thats just a list of what nutrients you would expect to find in a table spoon of raw frozen Lima Beans. I've edited the list down to just the stuff you're likely to care about.
I see that there's more phosphorous than calcium, so I'd think that's a bad thing?
