One eye bigger than the other?

The panther chameleon I recently purchased has a left eye which is larger than his right eye, and he keeps blinking it. He is also shedding so is it possible he has loose dead skin in his left eye?

I am lightly misting his left side with warm water to see if it helps any.

If the eye turret is swollen there's probably an infection going on. If the cham is bulging the eye in and out, it is trying to clean the eye. Normal behavior. Without a picture it's hard to say what is going on. Is there any crusty discharge on the eyelid? To help him rinse the eye, get some sterile saline (contact lens rinse solution) without preservatives. It won't sting like plain water does.
