Online plants?

Saw some on lllreptile, any other good websites to buy organic plants for my future panther? Just got my cage today.

I don't know of any that specifically offer only organically grown plants, but I buy 90% of my plants online.

I use Logee's, Black Jungle Exotics, and Bromeliad Paradise. It is incredibly easy and fast to rinse a plant and make it suitable for a chameleon's enclosure.

Andrew, @Extensionofgreen, could add to this list as well. I'm sure he will jump in at some point and give you some other options for online purchases.

Places like LLLReptiles sell plants, but you can get better, larger plants for cheaper on other sites.

Yeah i guess the organic doesn't matter all that much since i can just rinse it like you said. I'll probably have to end up repotting whatever i buy anyway. I just dont know of many places around me that would have a good selection, i'd prefer to just buy online.

Thanks

Are those link based in US?

It depends on what types of plants you are looking for and whether they vendors are selling organic or not is up for debate. They may not be applying chemicals themselves, but I'm certain the origin of their stock isn't an organic source, in 9/10 of cases. Several US vendors ship internationally. Canada has home improvement stores, such as Lowes and Home Depot and those are going to be your easiest and most practical sources for plants. If your local stores don't have them, order online and have them sent free, to the store or pay for shipping to your home. Check out garden centers that sell annuals, as there are often Tropicals that are suitable there.

Cool thanks for replies! So I want to eventually make this as much of a living environment as possible with a living wall and maybe substrate if it's not too difficult. I want to start the cage simple though, any suggestions on a couple easy and safe plants to start out with? I have the quad hood from lightyourreptiles with the daylight, plant, and uvb bulbs, so my lighting needs should be met. I just want to get my cage set up asap.
