I caugt some with a tube and vacumed some more up....lol

lol vaccum? i just catch them. We have crix running around our house, all from ones that got away.

when we see oen we pick it up and put it in their lil cage thing. There are no chemicals or pestisides in our house so no worries about what they are getting into.

ahaah i dumped a hole container of a thousand adult crickets once i started off catching them and then just got sick and tired after a half hour and just started stomping them ahaha i obvoisly got more crickets for my chams but wow i was PEED OFF! mom wasnt very pleased either with 100 or so males creeking all night ahah worst week of my life

I think I would just end up vaccuuming my whole room if that happened... Give me a reason to clean my room. haha.

I left the lid of their cage this morning, came back from work and finding them everywhere. Ill just let my Sugar Gliders lose later tonight and theyll clean up

Vacuums work great!! Just put a small screen in between the hose and a hose attachment and suck them all up and put them right in the keeper. I use this to get my feeder roaches in the morning cuz I hate touching them.

ahah i dunno why i just thought of them all chirping at night so i just started stomping them ahahah i hate the males i always feed them off first ahaahah and hand feed them to so i know they have been eatin

I went away for the weekend and left my dad in charge of Calvin.... when I came back I found crickets jumping around everywhere - he hadn't put the lid of the cricket tub on properly!

Was horrible at the time but it's funny now.

That's why I started to can the old cricket as a feeder!

I now feed, silkies, mealworms, roaches and a variety of wild caught insects (free of pesticides etc)....

Maaan... once i vaccuumed a bunch of crickets and never took them out of the vaccuum... they died in there and started smelling... Since then, my vaccuum has dead cricket smell and i can't get rid of that smell. I hate using that vaccuum now! Once u turn it on and the air starts passing through the vaccuum, you can smell it all around the room. @$$hole crickets.
