Opinion on my dubia container temp

I just got my Dubias in, and have them in a rubbermaid container with a exo-terra heating pad. The temperature of the floor of the container is 100degrees, and gradually lessens to 80degrees at the top of the egg flats. Is that too hot, if so I will have to get a rheostat to lower the temperature. Thanks.

I think 100 might be too hot. I'd lower it to mid to low 90's.
