Oranges.

Carrots would have to be grated but that is very time consuming. A food processor is much more efficient. I wouldn't put too many veggies in with crickets at a time, the moisture will allow them to start dying off. I do feed veggies but only small amounts at a time., the rest is dry feed, and a small container of water with paper towel in it to prevent drowning. I make those by cutting 8oz deli cups down to about a third and throw them away often. Buy the deli cups a case at a time and they are cheap.

carrots should be very thin shreds, and oranges i think are too acidic, although im not really sure on that, try blueberries and grapes

I have fed oranges and carrots to the feeders, but not my cham directly. He loves strawberries and cantaloupe the most
