The only real reptile shop in Orlando is Pat Bazaar in Casselberry. They're great folks and have a decent selection of animals. They are a retail outlet so don't expect internet prices, but again, it's the only shop around here and does very well because of it.
I was going to suggest Pet Bazaar as well here in Casselberry. They have a vast variety of reptiles for sale and are very informative as well. Definitely far from your pet store like Petco or Petsmart.
