Outdoor Enclosure

I was browsing through the forums, and ran across the nice outdoor enclosure by Silverdusk. Now I am thinking about building one for Gary, now that it is nice out. My front porch is very large, and my roof goes over the top of it. Im thinking about enclosing maybe a 5 foot wide area of it, so the total dimentions would be 5' x 8' x 8'.

So here are my questions,

Would this be too large of an enclosure?

Would a chameleon still receive UVA/UVB and other essential light provided by the sun, if it is shaded?

Would I have to move him in and out of the outdoor enclosure every day, and if so would it be stressful?

Would it be stressful for him if he see's a cat walking around, or having a large semi drive down the road (which is like 60ft away)?

Would I have to worry about certain insects or other pests while he is outside?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Again, this is just an idea that I thought I would play with.

Would I have to worry about certain insects or other pests while he is outside? Yes! Ants, and possibly racoons, and cats, not to mention humans if on your front porch. Magnet of kids. But the big enclosure and fresh air do wonders for Chams.
