Outdoor time in the desert

It's been so hot out I have to limit our outdoor time to shorter periods. I live in Arizona so summer is not our friend when its 100-115 outside, and it's just too hot. I'd really love to build an outdoor enclosure for them to take turns in.
Right now I just take their cage outside once a week, I give it a good mist to cool it down and keep it in partial shade and only take them out either early in the morning or later in the evening.
So I'm just curious, anyone else somewhere super hot? How do you handle outdoor time for your chams?

I keep my panthers, outside all of the time (24/7) in Southern Calif, often over 100 and has reached 117 this year. I keep the rear of the enclosure in the shade and the front in the sun (takes some very careful placement). I use a Gesentur misting system (available on Amazon) across the back of the enclosure all day, this keeps the plants wet and cool. I keep the area under the trees that provide the shade for the rear wet, again with the Gesentur misters, and again all day long. When the temps are 105 or so the back of the cage is between 80-85. They move into the plants when it gets too hot for them and come back out to the front, which has a lot of branches to climb/sit on as they please. I've seen them basking in the full sun area at 105, any higher and they stay back in the shade where it is always wet and cooler. They appear to love this setup way more than when I kept them inside during the hot part of the day.
