Outside temperatures.

I want to put my Veiled outside for the summer but the night time temperature lows average around 59 degrees. What night time temperature would be safe to put him outside permanently for the summer? Right now the night temp in my basement is 67 degrees, which is where he is now.

Nights in the 50s should be fine.

Well he's out in his new cage. I'm going to monitor the temps until about midnight. If the temps get to 55, I'm going to haul him back in. Hope things work out.

Yea, taking him inside would be safe, but you could always get a red night light...

I keep my guy outside right now...it is gradually getting warmer but Ima try to keep him out all year around and will just add a night light when I think its gonna be cold.
