Today I have been in vet clinic to confirm my fears that my female panther chameleon have not fertile eggs. She still eat, her eyes looks well, I have a laying bin in her cage, but she refuse to lay eggs and I want to give her oxytocin.
The photo is not good, but the best they could give:

The problem is that the vet is not a reptile vet... and he don't know how much of this oxytocin give her. Her weight is 55 gr. What's the best place to make the injection ? Could anyone give a correct dose ?

We have two vets on board here. One is Dr O and Ferritinmyshoes. Shoot them a private message. Maybe they can help you. They may not see this thread you posted, so you are better off trying to contact them directly. There may be other members also who can give you an answer, but I don't know. Good luck!
