Panther Chameleon can't close his eye properly

Hi everyone! I'm new here. Glad to join in the chameleon community!

Chameleon Info:

• Your Chameleon - The species, sex, and age of your chameleon. How long has it been in your care?
  • Panther chameleon, male, 7 months old. Had him for 4 months
• Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
  • A few minutes a day when I get home. Few hours of free roaming in the room during weekends.
• Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
  • 10+ Crickets every other day, 4 superworms/week. Gutloaded with carrots.
• Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
  • Dusted with Exo Terra Calcium w/o D3 every feeding, Reptivite with D3 once a week
• Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
  • Misting system 3 times a day for 30 seconds (8 hrs interval). Dripper plant available as well. I usually see him drinking from the dripper plant every morning.
• Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
  • They're normal, brown poop and white urates!

• Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?

• Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
  • Basking spot 86-90F
  • Cage floor ~82F
  • Overnight 75-80F (living in a tropical country)
• Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
  • Around 60-80% with misting system
• Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
  • 1 small potted pothos, several fake plants from Exo Terra
• Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
  • In the hall, well ventilated with a ceiling fan
• Location - Where are you geographically located?
  • Malaysia

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.

• When he's sleeping, his right eye can't seem to close properly as compared to his left eye. When it's open, his eyes look normal. He keeps them open throughout the day. I've tried rinsing his eye with saline solution for a month now, but nothing changed. Could it be an infection? He's still active and eating well, it doesn't seem to affect him.
