Panther Chameleon food?

hey there! I am looking forward to my Panther chameleon hatching (set to hatch 11/26/16) and we were wondering what we should feed it and how soon after it hatches?
Also some more questions are:

What size cage should we start out with?

About what age should we know the gender?

I currently own a female veiled, and absolutely LOVE her!

Any specific differences from veileds as far as the food when they get older/supplements?

New hatchlings will eat Melanagaster fruit flies, Bean Beetles, Rice Flour Beetles, Buffalo Beetles, and Peanut beetles.
They will also eat SMALL silk worms, hornworms, butter worms, wax worms, and Black Soldier Fly larvae.

Have the food before the hatch!!!

CHEERS!

Awesome thank you!

Had some when I was younger that hatched about 40 of them kept them in a large cage with a lot of cover. Used fruit flies a lot of water for them. And when they got bigger went to the pinheads in the little Beatles. Good luck
