Hello users of Chameleon forums!
Today, I thought I would stop by to post my Chameleon and his setup, because honestly, i'm worried. I have a 30" x 18" x 30" enclosure for him but is there enough inside here for him or ideally he needs more? Also, today marks a week that i've had him, and most of the time his red is pretty dark but his green is very vibrant... The vine in the picture to the left is 90-92 degrees for his basking and the ambient temperature throughout the cage is just fine. He has a monsoon rs400 mister that mists every hour for 60 seconds. When I can (since I work so much) I manually mist him with a sprayer. He has a dripper that drips water for him all day to drink and I have been feeding him crickets with calcium and calcium without D3 along with 'super worms'. I'm just a concerned owner as I'm the idiot who bought him from the pet store (which you guys don't recommend but I needed one from a local store and I wanted to provide him with a better environment)
Do you guys think he's okay? Based off the pictures at least. I know the UVA bulb on the far right is zoo med (which i scrapped from a cage i bought from craigslist) but the big housing on the left houses a reptisun lightbulb or something like that that has both UVA and UVB light.. other than that, I don't have much information in regards to what lights they are but I can check when I turn them off next. PS, the picture of him when he looks really orange is at night, and he is always pretty bright orange when sleeping.
