Panther chameleons

Hello guys i originally was going to get a veiled chameleon because they're a lot cheaper but I have been looking into panthers as well. Looking at different sites I noticed that females where a lot cheaper than males and something I could afford. So I was just wondering what's the differences between the male and female like color, size, and if it can have eggs with out mating.

Those are the three differences actually! At least as far as I know.

Males are bright and colorful. Females tend to stay in the neutral browns and blacks, with a little bit of their locale's coloration peeking through on some.

Males are larger. I couldn't tell you the average difference

Females lay eggs, with or without mating. The eggs will be infertile, but she will still need extra calcium, and a laying bin for that time.

Hope that helps

Do u think I have a boy or girl?

Male panthers also tend to live longer. Where are you located? You might be able to find a local breeder.

@the photo. You will need to get a close up of the tail base for us to tell.
