My panther just laid 38 eggs. :D
Is there anything start give her out of the ordinary to recover from laying all those eggs?

Also what is the average hatch rate for panther eggs?

they hatch out normally at about 8 or 9 months but I have read on here that some have taken as long as 13-15 months. Read JannB's egg laying blog. It will tell you what to do. I know they need extra calcium after laying.

Make sure u up her calcium intake and plenty of food and water after laying. They can hatch anywhere as early as 6 months, but as carol said usually around 8 or 9 months. I just had one clutch that hatched out in 7 months and another clutch that is starting to hatch out now and it's about 6.5 to 7 months for that one.
