Panther / Veiled health

I have two chameleons; A Veiled and a Panther. I just got them about a month ago. As I was reading about healthy eating and whatnot i came across the fact I'm supposed to actually use calcium w/o D3. That they'll need it only twice a month along with vitamins once a month as well. I have only fed them calcium with D3 since i got them (I Feed them everyother day) . Is this info correct?

Hi, I have a Veiled and a Panther as well and no, the info that you have received is not correct.

You need to be dusting your feeders with plain, phosphorous free calcium at every feeding, and with D3 once a month and then a broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement again, once a month.

I alternate my D3 and vitamin supplements to one every other two weeks.

Perfect!! Will get to it ASAP. So many little rules with these little fellas. Although its a lot easier than what many people put it out to be.
