Panthers eye messed up?

Hello everyone I recently got a male panther Cham. And his left eye has like a membrain like substance crossing it. It looks almost like a crystal covering his eye because I can see the pupil but he can't see me. It's not shed because he isn't shedding right now, please help should I get him checked up
