Well i lost one of my females yesterday i had seen her digging for about three days and yesterday i found her laying on her side. Now i have a question i think i could feel an egg in her when she passed dose anyone think that she may have died due to being egg bound and should i check the hole for more eggs as i have not done this yet:(:(

I'm so sorry for your loss :( it is possible if you can feel eggs in her that she died from egg binding.

im very sorry for your loss :( you could get a necropsy done, or if she was mated /pregnant you could still incubate the eggs

Rip, I am very sorry for your loss. When you say"should I check the hole for more eggs" does that mean that you have already found some eggs? I would check. I had a female lay 18, drop another 6 within days and not be able to pass just one egg:( she became egg bound.

I found some

So i looked in the hole and what did i find three eggs so should i leave them or take them out:confused:

Yes

Was she with a male? What kind of chameleon?
yes she was with a male and another female in a 18x18x18 exo terra set up they are bearded Pygmy's as these are the first eggs i have ever had i need to know if i should remove them and can i incubate the in ecoearth

I know that they incubate in vermiculite or perlite moist with a closed lid with a few holes poked in the top. I believe between 70 and 75 degrees and they should hatchout in 2 to 3 months. I don't know about Eco earth, if I were you I would use the search engine and type in substrates and temps for pygmies. Good luck!:) I have panther eggs it is super exiting!
