Ive heard if you have multiple chams that pinheads can get expensive can you breed these? or if you have them in bulk is their any way you can keep these contained with out dying?

yes, you can breed pinheads , they are new born crickets :) the issue is not so much w/ die off , but they grow very fast- so if you NEED pinheads, keep a constant supply of crickets breeding -

this is my way, but there are also very good links on here to help you also - take a shallow plastic tote - like 2" tall - I use moist soil, and cover it with screen, so the males don't eat the eggs, add this to your cricket bin- the crickets must be chirping to breed - leave it in for a day or 2 ( I like to leave mine in for a week- with 1000 crix - only because I have NO idea when my cham my give birth, or my mantis are going to hatch - so I need pinheads hatching pretty much non stop, by leaving it in that long, I get about a 2 week hatching span ) keep it at about 90 - keep it misted once or as needed to keep it moist- and give it about 10 days or so - move the babies and dirt to a bigger bin- I keep mine on a heating pad set on low - then feed them like reg/ - but DO NOT put the babies in w/ the adult crix- they will eat the pinheads - I use shipping tape on the top of the baby bins to keep them from getting out-but they dont really try to get out- the stay by the heat on the floor of the cage - :) good luck - it took me a few tries - so dont give up
