Pipped panther egg

Hi everyone, my baby panther has pipped his egg. Super excited and worried. Its been 24 he's and he hasn't emerged any further. Should I help him or wait longer. I also have 3 other eggs that have been sweating but stopped. Confusing!!! Any info would be helpful !!

I am pretty sure you should wait. It can take I think a couple days for them to completely hatch. Helping them never really ends well and they are either already dead or die in the process.

Just give it time, they will come out and start walking around the incubation chamber that's when you'll want to move it the baby enclosure. The other eggs will probably pip soon.

Wait!! They can really take there time sometimes. Some crawl right out while others just hangout in limbo between the 2 worlds.

Thanks for the replies. I hope to update everyone with cute pics soon. What a emotional roller coaster this has been trying to hatch these cuties!!!

Well he hatched. I'm in awwwwww!!! It took him approx. 36 hours to complete from pipping that I noticed. I put him in his nursery. Any suggestions when to try to feed him. I put uvb 5.0 18 in. Strobe light. No heat lamp yet. Misted the nursery. Temp is 74 degrees humidity 80.

He may or may not eat the first two days. I would try fruit flies. Make a feeding station with an orange slice or a banana.
