I'm redoing my panther chameleons cage, and wanted to put some live plants in there. What kind of plants are good, and what should I stay away from? I don't want to end up with something toxic!!! And also where do you buy them from? And can they survive with the lights/humidity levels?

most of the plants listed are found in the tropicals sections of nurseries, home depot lowes etc. so surviving the het an humidity isnt a problem. the most popular are the schefflera arboricola, ficus, pothos and hibiscus.
some others i have had, currently have or plan to have are bromeliads, air plants, baby tears, wandering jew.
theres many safe plant lists around if you take a good look
