Please Help Eye Troubles

Ive noticed recently that my cham has started having eye troubles where this large brown bump develops in front of his eye.This only happens at certain times though i had to act really fast to get these pics and the inside of his eye gets red too as seen in the picture please help I'm a newbie to this stuff

It almost looks like an infection though I have never seen one do that. One thing is for sure, definitely vet time.
