Please help me sex my panther chameleons!

I have two ~2 month old panthers, one is growing like a weed the other is a runt i suppose, but still healthy none the less, thought i was getting 2 females ( to breed with my Panther ambilobe x nosy faly) but I'm starting to have my doubts if I even got one female, please help!

The sire is fire engine red, a beauty, and I planned on purchasing 2 females to breed with Merlin (my male ambilobe x nosy faly). My only confusion is they normally look the same color, have the same markings and all, but the one that someone guessed as female is larger than the male, is there a possibility of bullying? They are both in the same cage. Should I cage them individually? Any input would greatly be appreciated! Here is the male I'd be breeding them with.
